I just had to re-type this entire entry because I was too hasty the clicking of the mouse. A habit I picked up during my work as an admin perhaps?

Anyways, I'm pass that emotional, all melancholic mood of mine. I've learnt to brush it aside in one side of my emotional drawers. That aside, cheer for me today, because I got my pay today. Yay! =D I have to admit that I was initially disappointed with the amount that I got since I expected more. Thanks to starting work on 6th Jan, I got 3 days of pay deducted since 1st Jan is considered a working day. Weird you ask? Yeah, coz you see, I was not officially an employee then, so 1st Jan is considered a working day although it should be, and rightfully, a public and PAID holiday.

At least it's better than the sales job during the Job Orientation. For that particular job, after a month of probation(even the duration is questionable), I will get to do event planning for companies that intends to market and promote itself or its goods to the products. Thinking that I had finally found a job that I would like, I jumped on the bandwagon. Sadly to say, i couldn't even take one day of Sales(direct marketing to the people in the public), much less a month. Oh yes, there's no stall so you will have to carry the goods(whatever you are selling) to the public. I must say, sales truly shows a person's behavaviour and shapes your character, be it perseverance, tolerence, being glib tongued or even set a higher benchmark for the tolerence of rejection. Having said that, I think I learn all, or at least some of the intrapersonal skills in that 1 entire day.

That aside, I guess many are wondering why I'm still in the red despite getting my pay. I promised myself that when I started working, I would pay for my lunch(food) expenses and transport fees myself. Other than that, there are many neccessary things to be spent on, like giving my parents and grandparents some money as a token of appreciation. Having seen my parents face light up with joy fills me with a warm and fuzzy feeling of pride inside =D I can't wait to see a smile on my grandparents face! Oh ya, not forgetting my sisters gifts and birthday presents too. And so that's where all my money went. Gosh, look, it's getting late now. I guess I will be going to sleep soon, and wake up to go to work tomorrow.
