I've been catching up on my sleep lately. Woke up at 2 pm yesterday and 12 pm today ^^ I really love sleeping. Since the soccer match and outing that day, I was really exhausted but happy. I love hanging out with biz club peeps since they are all so fun and cool =)

For the soccer match, MJC won, 2 to 1 against VJC. As promised, here are the photos that I've wanted to upload a very long time. I tried making the photos vertical but I don't know why they came out like that.


Argh...there I go ranting about a manga character again. And, the entire day was spent on 5 volumes of that manga. I better get my priorities right. Still, that manga revolves around a talented pianist who has a flair for music. This has yet again evoke my desire to play the piano again. Browsing around for music, I coincidentally (not really, I got the song title from the manga) found these 3 music.

Both by Lizst Transcendental Studies. Maybe, one day, I will practice like crazy to learn these songs. Let me start on finishing Claudine first. ^_^

Happy belated birthday Hayden!

The morning started out with Hayden receiving a pink pig from Si Yi and a specially made cake from phoebe. I was musing myself with the idea of Hayden carrying the pink pig around the whole day =p which unfortunately, the poor pig was "stuffed" into a shoe bag? =(
but don't worry, I have pics of Hayden posing with the pig which I may or may not upload later =D

When lessons started, time really crawled. The 2 days family outing to the park and bowling at raffles club on sunday followed by buffet at sakura and up on the Flyer left me with exhaustion and extra baggage. Nevertheless, it was worth it. I really enjoyed the quality time spent with my family, a break from the interaction with my notes, tutorials and assignments.

The perpetual struggle to complete tutorials and assignments is finally replaced with a break from school but not studies. Its finally the time to consolidate all that we have learnt and throw it back in the exams. I hope that doubts that I did not clarify and not made known of its existence be solved soon. I guess, everyone else like me are worried for the upcoming mid-years..Let's all try to pull through this together.. =)

I decided to make this a very special post, precisely because now is the period when most of us are filled with doubts and uncertainty. Myself included. I've questioned myself time and again about my ambition and the purpose of choosing a JC. Are they really worth the effort? Perhaps I'm not the only one who looks to the road ahead with corwardice and look back with regret. What's worse is the fear of confirmation that "their best was not enough" even after giving their all. Thus, should they fail, they could at least say "I didn't study at all." Even though this is a coward way of viewing things, I hope that the following videos would give those out there who lack the confidence the motivation to continuing studying.

The videos are taken from Hikaru no Go, where their tenacity to succeed in Go (a kind of Chess) is kind of heartwarming. I hope I could one day be like them. Enjoy. =)
